The Oxford College of Physiotherapy was established in the year 1996, recognized by the Government of Karnataka and our college is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore.
The Oxford College of Physiotherapy was established in the year 1996, recognized by the Government of Karnataka and our college is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore. The course meets the University's stipulated requirements recognized by The Indian Association of Physiotherapists. The B.P.T Course of the Oxford college of Physiotherapy is a full time 4 years degree course with a months of compulsory internship. BPT has an annual intake of 70 seats. The college also has Master of Physiotherapy course with an annual intake of 25 seats. MPT has different specializations such as Musculo Skeletal Sciences, Sports Sciences, Paediatric, Neurology Sciences, Community Health. The B.P.T Course prepares the students to become professional physiotherapist. Besides the curriculum, college give priority on personality development in the Medical profession and provide service to the modern society.
Modern Infra structure provided which is highly useful to give the best of theoretical and practical training to the students. Ventilated and spacious classrooms are fully equipped with modern teaching tools suited to provide excellent teaching and training. Institution has a good spacious and a comprehensive library, which offers students with all the reference material, which help for a deep learning of the specific subjects. There are separate hostels for boys and girls that are comfortable and give homely atmosphere. There are 4 sharing, triple sharing, double and single room accommodation are available. NRI Hostel with single rooms and double sharing are also available and the college offer healthy and hygienic food for all residents.
