The College is approved by Govt of Tamil Nadu, Central Council of India Medicine, New Delhi & Dept of Ayush, Ministry of Health & Family welfare, Govt of India.
Sivaraj medical colleges has its own teaching Multi Specialty Hospital in the name of Rishi hospital with 200 bedded in patient departments and exclusively out patient departments exclusively for Indian system of medicine such as Siddha, Ayurveda, Homeopathy, and Naturopathy & Yoga at Salem. The classrooms, library, laboratories, seminar halls along with 100 bedded hospital which is located inside the campus. The vibrant interiors and exquisite finishing lends the college an ambience that is as delightful and inspiring. The College has a central library which has more than 55000 books, 8500 reference books, 165 periodicals in hard copy 40 Light Magazines, 80 e-journals, 18 news papers. College campus own a fully equipped 300 bedded multi-specialty hospital within the premises. The institute has adopted various policies to stop ragging on its campus and hostel.
