Shree Venkateshwara College of Paramedical Sciences a unit of Ramachandra Educational Trust, was established in the year 2010 and presently offers Bachelor of Physiotherapy and Master in Physiotherapy, Bachelor in Medical Laboratory Technology, Bachelor in Medical Radiology and Imaging Technology, and diploma courses in Radiology, Cardiology & Dialysis. The College is affiliated to Dr M.G.R Medical University Chennai. Sri Venkateshwaraa Medical College Hospital and Research Centre, 1160 bedded Tertiary Care Hospital is the parent hospital which offers clinical training for the physiotherapy students.
The College provides 4 years Bachelor of Physiotherapy programme with 6 months mandatory internship.Shree Venkateshwara College has an annual intake of 100 students for the BPT. Shree Venkateshwara Group of Institutions takes active role in updating its infrastructures to meet the technological innovations and new challenges of modern world. . At the time of admission,the candidate should be a citizen of India and they should be natives of Tamil Nadu.
