S.N.V.V.S’s S. G. V. Ayurvedic Medical College was established in the year 1996-1997. The college has got well furnished and well equipped fourteen departments with seven museums, requisite laboratories as per the norms of AYUSH and CCIM New Delhi. All the departments have qualified and experienced staff to enrich the knowledge of students.
The Sixty bedded Ayurvedic Medical College, hospital with its eight OPD are working for the benefit of poor and needy people. Hospital is having well equipped Major and Minor OT, separate Panchakarma therapy room for male and female, labour room and it is having facilities for Kshara Karma, Agnikarma Raktamokshana etc. The College is conducting guest lectures, CME s for updating the knowledge of students and Teachers. Teachers of the college are sent to various State Level, National Level, and International Seminars, Workshops etc, across the country for updating the teaching skills. The College has all facilities as per the University norms. Separate hostel facilities are also available.
