The trust was officially constituted and registered on December 27, 1995, through a trust deed executed at the office of the Joint Sub Registrar in Cuddalore – 1, documented as number 196. The Board of Trustees, as outlined in the trust deed, is led by the Chairman, who oversees the governance of the trust.
The primary objective of the trust is to establish educational institutions and provide technical education to the rural youth. In alignment with this goal, the trust has successfully founded PADALESWARAR POLYTECHNIC COLLEGE. This polytechnic college offers a curriculum encompassing Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, and Computer Engineering. The courses have received approval from both AICTE New Delhi and the Tamil Nadu Government, paving the way for the commencement of the Polytechnic College in the academic year 1998 – 1999.
