This institution was established in the year 1993 by” SRI ARUNAI EDUCATIONAL TRUST”.The Kamalakshi Pandurangan College of Pharmacy was started in the year 1993 with D. Pharm. course followed by the B. Pharm. degree course in the 1995 and M. Pharm degree course in the 2011. The institution is approved by the Government of Tamil Nadu, approved by the Pharmacy Council of India, New Delhi and affiliated to The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai.
The College has independent well designed building with excellent infrastructural facilities including classrooms, laboratories, library, auditorium, sports complex, botanical garden and transportation facility.
