Josco Institute of Physiotherapy was started in the year 2018 and affiliated with Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, recognized by Govt. of Karnataka approved by the Indian Association of Physiotherapists.The college is situated at Nelamangala in Bangalore, Karnataka. The students can easily accesss their clinical experiences by getting adequate training in the parent hospital at Nelamangala. Apart from the parent Hospital, the college is affiliated to ESIC Medical College Hospital, NIMHANS, Jayadeva Institute of Cardiology, K.C.General Hospital, Malleswaram, Bangalore, Govt. General Hospital, Nelamangala, Jayaprasad Nursing Home, Nelamangala, and other nearby Hospitals. Bachelor of Physiotherapy is a 4 year programme with 6 months internship. The college has an annual intake of 40 seats for BPT.
The college has a well-equipped and good spacious library with a huge collection of books from National and international authors. The library having a good collection of National and International Journals and magazines.At the time of admission, candidate should have passed two year Pre University examination conducted by Department of Pre-University Education, Karnataka State, or Two year Pre University Examination recognized by Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences/ Association of Indian Universities (AIU), with English as one of the subjects and Physics, Chemistry and Biology with 40 % aggregate marks.
The college provides excellent and separate hostel facilities for both boys and girls. College always provide healthy food to the students and keeps kitchen and dining hall neat and tidy.
