GSL College Of Physiotherapy - Rajahmahendravaram

GSL College of Physiotherapy was established in 1998.GSL College of Physiotherapy is recognized by Government of Andhra Pradesh and the college is affiliated to Dr. N.T.R University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada. GSL college was approved by The Indian Association of Physiotherapists. The college is located at Lakshmi Puram in Rajahmahendravaram. Rajamahendravaram domestic airport is about 10 km from the college. The college has Bachelor of Physiotherapy course having duration of 4 years with 6 months compulsory internship.
The departments, class rooms, library and laboratories are built in ventilated , bright and well furnished buildings. The college is attached to GSL General Hospital which is a thousand bedded tertiary care multi-specialty hospital which can provide a wonderful opportunity to all the students to get greater experience and for being a part of health care team. In addition to the studies, department has taken active role in introducing the most updated teaching through audio visual aids and develop overall personality of the students by conducting regular seminars ,group discussions, clinical training etc. The undergraduate students get various training program along with the theory classes .The post graduate students participate in research projects in addition to their work. Library has wide range of textbooks for reference, magazines, journals, books of national and international authors. Modernized laboratories having latest equipments and technologies which helpful for advanced education.
separate hostels are available for boys and girls which provide homely ambience and provide safe and secure feeling. Hostel warden take care of students residing in hostel and the college ensure in providing healthy and hygienic food to every students and staff in the hostel.
