Father Muller Homoeopathic medical College is unit of the pioneering Father Muller Charitable Institutions, (FMCI) founded by Rev Fr Augustus Muller, a German Jesuit missionary. The College was established in 1985 which soon grew into a leading institution to provide Homoeopathic Medical Education. It is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore and recognized by Central Council of Homoeopathy, New Delhi.
In 2006 the Homoeopathic Medical College was shifted to its 36.52 acre, lush green beautiful landscape campus at Deralakatte which houses Homoeopathic Hospital, ladies & Gents Hostels, Chapel, state of the art game facility, Gym and a Botanical Garden. The College has well Ventilated Classrooms with good natural light provide each student a positive atmosphere for learning. The library boasts of yoga literature in the form of textbooks, journals, and periodicals. It has e-library facility that provides access to e-books, CD-ROMs, and e-journals through high-speed internet amenity. The College has high Standard laboratories equipped with most modern equipment for providing a world class experience to build practical knowledge. The campus houses well ventilated spacious hostels for girls and boys separately. The salient features of the hostel include self-contained toilet cum bath with hot water facility, study table with a cabinet to store books, wardrobes, etc.
