The Bethlahem Institute of Medical Sciences is located 23 km from Nagercoil, the headquarters of Kanyakumari district and 52 km from Trivandrum, the capital of Kerala state. The Institute can be reached by bus via Colachel and Thuckalay / Marthandam. The nearest railway station is Kuzhithurai West.
The College is well-equipped with latest infrastructure, technology-enabled classrooms and advanced laboratories continually focuses on teaching, clinical practice, and research.
The College Canteen has been functioning efficiently. The canteen is located inside the College. The hostellers and day scholars are provided meals by assuring food safety and quality. The college has a fully equipped health club with a Multi-Gym, TreadMills Steppers and a Trained Instructor. Indoor Games like Chess, Carrom and Table tennis are also available. The College runs 10 buses for providing transport facility. There are two separate hostels at present, one for the boys and another one for the girls. Boys and girls hostels are located in the Institute campus.
