The Apollo College of Physiotherapy was established in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh in the year 1999 by the Apollo Hospitals Educational & Research Foundation. The college is located in Jubilee Hills. Apollo College of Physiotherapy recognized by Indian Association of Physiotherapy (IAP).
The Apollo College of Physiotherapy also gives keen attention to co-curricular activities like debates, quizzes, sports, painting, singing, drama and cultural competitions upon the completion of the degree program, students have been exposed to the highest quality of education. Students also take part in workshops, scientific seminars, conferences, and group projects to develop teamwork, enthusiasm, and commitment. The Apollo College of Physiotherapy has various facilities which create a caring, comfortable atmosphere which is conducive the development of students and faculty. All the laboratories are designed to inculcate conceptual and technical skills in students and is based on lectures, demonstrations, seminars, group discussions, practical training on patients etc. Separate secure hostels are available for boys and girls. Well trained and experienced wardens are stationed in the hostel to oversee the activities. The hostel has solar heated water facility, water cooler, common telephone, common TV room, common reading room etc. Adequate dining facilities are available for all students.
